Palermitan aristocrats used to spend their holidays in Bagheria area in splendid villas sorrounded by magnificent gardens, the cottages being dèpendances of one of them : a fortified manor with bastions and draw bridge.Here you can enjoy the local perfumes,flavours,atmosphere.If you love History, Art, Architecture, we,ll be happy to arrange a visit to the Church, the ancient kitchen, the family coaches and at Christmas time we set the family crèche : it will be a full immersion in the Lampedusa's Leopard atmosphere.The cottages are located in the middle of a historical sicilian garden with its luxurious mediterranean and tropical vegetation and a rocky garden with cacti and succulent.Confortably sitting in the garden you can enjoy the family dishes from the traditional sicilian cookery,made with fresh vegetables growing in our garden.If you prefer cooking yourself,the kitchen is well provided with the necessary tools and we'll be happy to satisfy your special requests in case of need,if possible. You'll find a welcome pack with pasta,olive oil,marmelade,fresh eggs from the farm and the wine of our production.

We live in a XVII century manor house with three children,three grandaughters and three dogs.Each of us is involved in family activities producing grapes,cereals,olives,making wine and olive oil,although taking care of the garden is definately our favorite.We love cooking the family dishes and our menu is based on the fresh vegetables growing in the garden. The manor was built for an ancestor of the family and each generation has left a sign of its passage.
