Welcome to the Villetta 'Fioregreco', perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The large patio is equipped for outdoor meals and includes a swing for relaxation. It's also ideal for barbecue. In the summer, guaranteed fun awaits with the above-ground pool. To reach the residence on foot, just 15 minutes from the city center, you'll need to climb hills or stairs, but once you arrive, you'll discover an oasis of serenity a short distance from the vibrant heart of the city (apartment not suitable for people with walking problems). If you prefer a quicker route, we provide comfortable and functional bicycles. The garage is covered and private, accessible through a lockable gate an it's ideal for small cars or motorcycles. IMPORTANT: the width of the access road allows the passage of vehicles with a maximum width of 165 cm. For larger vehicles we have a convenient PARKING SPACE, with automatic gate, approximately 200 meters from the accommodation, at no additional cost. If you arrive by train, it is strongly recommended to reach the accommodation by taxi from the station.

The structure is located near the Sanremo hospital, therefore in the pre-hill area. The street in which it is located is very quiet and well frequented. Being a mule track (it allows the passage of small cars) there is practically no car noise, apart from the rare passage of some residents. At about 350 meters there is the Conad City supermarket, other supermarkets are Ekom at 600 meters and Eurospin at 800 meters. About 250 meters away is the Trieste bar (where you can eat well at a good price) and a little further on there is a bakery that also prepares some take-away dishes.
