The villa consists of two adjacent units, ideal for accommodating two families who want to spend their holidays together but also with a division of spaces, or for a group of friends: The first unit welcomes guests with a large entrance-living room that acts as a relaxation area, enriched by two comfortable double sofa beds and a beautiful fireplace that gives warmth and atmosphere. Adjacent is a bright, air-conditioned living room, furnished with dining table and chairs, perfect for spending pleasant convivial moments. A hallway with an air-conditioned area serves the rooms, ensuring comfort in every environment. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.
