You can enjoy a breakfast featuring typical Parma products, with gluten-free and lactose-free options upon request. The double room (18 sqm) features a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, desk, and Smart TV. The private bathroom (4 sqm) includes a shower, WC, bidet, and sink. Located on the ground floor, it overlooks the rear garden. The larger room (24 sqm) is perfect for families or groups of up to four people. It has a queen-size bed (160x200) and a pull-out bed of the same size. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, table, and Smart TV. The private bathroom (7 sqm) includes a shower, WC, bidet, and sink. This room also enjoys a view of both the rear and side gardens. Both rooms are accessed through a dedicated hallway with an independent entrance, ensuring maximum privacy. Upon request, it is possible to book both rooms for exclusive use. Staying with us means comfort, privacy, and relaxation in a serene and well-cared-for environment. Pets are welcome at our facility, a small daily supplement is required.
