Zia Maria is a characteristic historic house that was completely renovated in 2022, located in the heart of the town in a quiet pedestrian street and elegantly furnished. The house, totally independent, is very bright, has three balconies with characteristic wooden shutters, mosquito nets and wooden window frames with insulating double glazing. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, are air conditioned and heated with radiant panels with adjustable temperatures. The double bedroom consists of a king size double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk, a make-up corner, a wall safe and a scenographic electric fireplace for romantic atmospheres. The other bedroom consists of a large built-in wardrobe and two single king size beds or a double depending on your needs. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for even longer stays and also includes a washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer, oven and hob. The large bathroom has two stations with separate sinks, a bidet and a large chromatic sensory shower with various water jet functions and a bluetooth system for listening to your favorite music. All environments, after each stay, are cleaned, sanitized and sanitized by qualified personnel. All linen is totally replaced after each stay. On request and for a fee, it is possible to ask for the cleaning of the house and the replacement of the linen. The quality of sleeping well is guaranteed by beds with birch slatted bases, super comfortable mattresses, viscoelastic toppers, double latex and feather pillows, goose down duvets, pure percale sheets, bathrobes, towels and terry cloths hydrophilic and honeycomb cotton. We are sure that anyone who will have the pleasure of staying with Zia Maria will be pleasantly satisfied with the comforts we make available to our guests.

Zia Maria is located in the center in an elegant pedestrian street and embellished with flower boxes. You can park for free or for a fee a few meters away from the house. Fasano is a quiet town surrounded by centuries-old olive trees surrounded by the sea (Blue Flag) and by the hills all a few kilometers away. In the surrounding area there are luxury farms and relais that host personalities from the international jet-set. There are many attractions and places to visit in the surrounding area. On site there is the Zoo Safari, the beautiful beaches of Savelletri and Torre Canne, the golf courses, the relaxing hills of Selva or Laureto. In the summer, in the surrounding areas, almost every day there are culinary and non-culinary festivals, with characteristic aspects of the places where they take place. You can visit nearby towns such as Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano, Ostuni; or take trips to the beautiful beaches of Salento or visit the cities of Bari, Lecce and Taranto.
