Roses Place has a swimming pool with seating and solar lighting which luminate the pool at night. There is a gazebo upstairs and downstairs and is surrounded by palm trees, has multiple seasonal fruits trees such as mangoes, limes,oranges, June plum,Jamaican red apples, ackee, cherry, guava, banana, plantains, coconut, and breadfruit. Guest's are welcome to help themselves to any available fruits. Smoking are allowed in all open areas such as the gardens, under the gazebo and on the house ground. If you do smoke, please disposed of your used cigarette's safely. Smoking are not allowed in the bedrooms, hallways or enclosed areas. Property is located in a residential area, close to local small shops and a primary school. Guest's has easy access to local taxis throughout the day until 20:00 at night. Property is 5 minutes walk to the river, 10 minutes drives to the beach and 14 minutes drive to the town centre. The road is surfaces is good and well maintained. Personal laundry can be done at the property for a small charge using the washing machine available or at the launderette in the town of Annoto bay. I like reggae music, country, souls and gospel music. I enjoy swimming, gardening and having quiet times. I have a number of dogs which are kept in their kennels and at the sides and the back of the property. Guest's are not allowed to feed the dogs or opened the locked gates where the dogs are kept without the owners permission for their own safety.
