Dana Gardens Hotel is a 200-year-old traditional stone house in Dana Village, renovated on the inside while preserving the unique architecture. It is located in the center of Dana Village and offers quick and easy access to amazing views of the local nature and of the sunset.
A local, homemade breakfast, included in the room rate, is served on property. There is also an option to book lunch and dinner.
My name is Yazeed Al-Khawaldeh and I have lived in Dana Village all my life. My family is Bedouin and up until about 100 years ago we were nomads. We have maintained an agricultural lifestyle and we grow crops and livestock in Dana Village.
Dana Village is a traditional village located in the Al-Tafilah Province of Jordan, adjacent to Dana Nature Reserve, the largest nature reserve in Jordan, covering an area of 320 square kilometers. The inhabitants have preserved many traditions which can be seen by visitors. The area offers numerous opportunities for hikes in the heart of nature. In addition, visitors can experience local life and traditions, such as the olive harvest and herding sheep and goats.
