Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and a 5–7 minute walk from Chofu Station. There are direct buses from Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, and Tokyo Disney Resort to Chofu Station. From Chofu, it’s only two stops (about 15 minutes) by express train to Shinjuku, and about 22 minutes to Shibuya, making the location extremely convenient. Many guests have told us that “it’s amazingly accessible to central Tokyo like Shinjuku, yet surrounded by greenery in a peaceful neighborhood. Convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and even a large shopping center are all within walking distance, but the area stays quiet at night so we can really rest.”Families visiting nearby schools, such as UEC, Toho Gakuen, ICU, and ASIJ, often choose to stay with us as well. Chofu is also known as a “movie town,” and the area is frequently used for filming movies and TV dramas. The Jindaiji area has a charming, old-town atmosphere that feels like a small Kyoto. 　I’m originally from Kyoto and have lived in this area for many years. As a local host living nearby, I’m always happy to be there if you need any help during your stay. ▫︎▫︎▫︎ Soft natural light filters through the trees, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. All rooms have air-conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The living room heater includes a child lock for safety. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with three beds: Room 1: Queen bed ×1 Room 2: Semi-double ×1, Semi-single ×1 ★ Occupancy Guidelines★ The house comfortably accommodates 3–4 adults, or 4–5 guests for families (adults with children). An extra futon is available in the upstairs closet. If you don’t mind a cozy fit, up to 6 guests can stay. A clean toilet, bath, washroom, and kitchen are located on the ground floor.

I’m originally from Kyoto and spent some time living in New York. Now my family and I live near Koeda House, close to the peaceful Jindaiji Temple area—it reminds me of Kyoto. Koeda House is closest to two stations. The walk from Chofu Station takes seven minutes. Fuda Station is only three minutes' walk away. ★Direct buses commute between Haneda Airport (also Narita Airport & Tokyo Disney Resort) and the north exit of Chofu Station, which is really convenient! ★Jindaiji Natural Hot Spring "Yumori-no-Sato" is accessible by free shuttle bus from Chofu Station! ★ Ajinomoto Stadium: About 5 minutes by train from Fuda Station to Tobitakyu Station (no transfer required) ★The popular Mayo Terrace is only 4 stops (10 minutes) from Fuda Station! ★ PokéPark KANTO (will be open February 2026!!) , Yomiuriland, HANA·BIYORI, and Kakei-no-Yu – 6 min from Chofu Station to Keio-Yomiuriland Station. Around Chofu Station, there are large shopping stores such as Don Quijote, Big Camera, Parco, and Torie, and It's also a lot of fun to stroll through the neighborhood shops like Ginza Chofu and Nuta Tenjin Shopping Street. Chofu is actually referred to as a "movie town," where dramas and films are produced. As a result, Trier C has a wonderful movie theater as well as some well-known video-related businesses like "Kadokawa Daiei Studio" and "Toei Labo Tech." The quantity and quality of cafés, including Sarutahiko Coffee, as well as other confectioneries, eateries, sushi restaurants, shabu-shabu restaurants and tonkatsu restaurants, will amaze you. The number of families of students staying at Koeda House for visiting and attending the numerous renowned schools in and around Chofu has increased significantly.
