Through Airbnb, I would like to introduce the appeals of my home town, Atami, to people all over the world. 1) It is prohibited the cars from parking on the road or overhanging the road and causing an obstruction. 3 parking spaces are available, but please make sure of the dimensions below. Depending on the sizes or types, some cars are not allowed to park. -1 parking space (width: 3.8m, depth: 4.57m) -2 parking spaces (width: 2.23m, depth: 5.6m)* These 2 parking spaces are 4 mins walk away from the listing. You will need to climb some steps or hills. 2) If any of the following apply to you, please be especially careful when booking, as this home may not be an ideal fit for you. ・Please note that there are some long steep stairs and hills that lead up to the house. This house might not be a fit for those who have difficulty going up steep stairs. ・You have difficulty carrying large luggage upstairs. You may have difficulty if you have very large heavy luggage. A host support company called Unito will be taking care of my guests and home. I encourage that you contact them during your stay!

If traces of smoking are found, offenders will be fined 50,000JPY for deodorizing costs. ※ If multiple rules are broken, individual fines will be imposed for each and every rule broken.

Atami is a small, traditional fishing town and hot spring resort in Shizuoka Prefecture. It’s famous for the hot spring "Izusan Onsen" , which boasts a long history since its discovery 1,300 years ago. The Izusan shrine is known as a place with spiritual energy. On a sunny day, you can enjoy seeing white clouds in the blue sky, and "Hatsushima island" and "Izu Oshima island" floating in the shining sea from this shrine. You will be astonished by the beauty of nature while feeling the fresh air to heal your mind and body. If you’re feeling tired from a long walk, why not try the complimentary hot spring foot bath "Hashiriyu" to comfort your fatigue? In summer, many firework festivals and the beach called Sun Beach are the highlights of this area. Beautiful fireworks and the white sand attract many tourists from all over Japan.
