Cozy House Azumino Opened in December 2025, this easily accessible rental house offers panoramic views of Azumino's cityscape, rice fields, and mountains. At night, you can enjoy a spectacular night view, and on clear days, the stars are spectacular. In summer, you can see the Azumino fireworks from your second-floor room. This inn was built in a style that blends Western and Japanese styles. Feel free to use the dining table for large groups, the spacious living room, and the kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. In winter, a kotatsu table is provided in the living room. Internet access is available via high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi or wired LAN cable. There is also a workspace with a large desk that seats six, making it ideal for remote work! We also provide a projector for home theater enjoyment, Google Chromecast, and Netflix included. Air conditioners are installed on the first and second floors, ensuring comfort in both summer and winter. In addition, we have two hot water heaters for heating, which are safe and clean and prevent the air from drying out. In winter, we provide kotatsu tables in the living room and ceramic heaters in the Japanese-style room and second-floor room as well. Grocery shopping is available at Vif Hotaka Farmers Market, a three-minute walk away. Nearby, there is a convenience store (7-Eleven), a Northern Alps Farmers Market, and Big Supermarket, a four-minute drive away. Free parking is available for approximately five cars. Parking is also available in the gravel parking lot and on the lawn. After living in the USA, France and traveling across countries in Europe, I settled in Azumino where I fell in love with the nature and quiet life. I hope my house can be like your second home and enjoy Azumino and the neighboring cities.

There are many hot spring facilities and tourist attractions in the surrounding area, including Shakunage-no-Yu Hot Spring and the Vif Farmers Market, both just a three-minute walk away. Ramen shop Ajishiro and the glass workshop The Art Studio 8 are located just in front of the house. In the summer, you can pick organic blueberries at a blueberry farm just a minute's walk away! You can eat delicious soft-serve ice cream sold directly from a Northern Alps ranch for just a short walk away. There are also many stylish cafes and art museums in the area. For groceries, there are convenience store(7-Eleven) and supermarket (Big Hotaka) nearby. This house is located about 20 minutes from Azumino Interchange, Matsumoto is about a 30-minute drive away, and Hakuba is about 50 minutes away, making this an ideal base for sightseeing in Matsumoto, hiking in the Northern Alps, or skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
