If you have any questions, feel free to message me anytime! 1. Cleanliness, Damages, and Guest Count If the room is left excessively dirty due to misuse, a cleaning fee may apply. Lost or damaged items may incur compensation charges. If the number of guests exceeds the booking, a fee will be charged. Guest count may be confirmed via the entrance camera. 2. Trash, Smoking, Lost Items & Large Waste Separate trash according to the bin labels. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected. Lost items can be returned by cash-on-delivery with a 2,500 handling fee. We cannot dispose of large items (e.g., suitcases). A 10,000 disposal fee will apply if left behind. 3. Check-in & Check-out Early check-in and late check-out are not available unless arranged in advance. 4. During Your Stay One face towel and one bath towel per guest are provided. Please wash them during extended stays. No shoes inside the apartment. No daily cleaning. Optional cleaning available for an extra fee. Please avoid loud noise and gatherings, especially after 9 PM. This is a quiet residential area. Damaged furniture or appliances will be charged. Always lock the door. We’re not responsible for loss due to unlocked doors. Key loss will result in a 30,000 replacement fee. 5. Legal ID Requirements For foreign guests without a Japanese address: We are legally required to collect your full name, address, contact info, nationality, and passport number, along with a photo of all guests’ passports. For Japanese residents: Please provide your ID.
