We are newly established, and we only have this one and only specially designed property at the moments that is well thought out built from scratch, we tore down the old building, designed this new building together with our architect, including many stylish yet practical functions in and yet have a very well experienced sushi chef onboard downstairs! We are a newly built hotel licensed 3-story building that there are two well equipped stylish studio rooms for your comfortable stay, one on the 2nd floor another on the 3rd with stairs access only. Both our rooms are furnished with a hotel standards queen bed, another hotel standards extra single bed by request, plus a sofa bed and 3FL deluxe studio includes a futon bed as well, there is also a well-equipped kitchen and with laundry solutions. We are only 8km away from Haneda airport and there are 3 train stations close by, shinbamba station by keikyu line is the nearest and we are just 1 minute from it. It's also walking distance to Ooimachi and Tennozu stations. What's more, there is an authentic edomae shushi resturant on the 1st floor for you to enjoy delicious sushi!

Tokaido street: we are just two blocks away from this historical street that leads all the way to kyoto, many local shops are here for ages, and vivacious local festivals are held here from time to time, one big one is in June. Ooimachi area: We are around 15 mins walking distance from ooimachi station, where you find all the popular shops (including 100yen, 300yen shops, muji, uniqlo etc) for shopping and endless restaurants and cafes to pick from. Tennozu area: We are around 20 mins walking distance from Tennozu area, where you can find many restaurants and cafes by the river bank which gives a very relaxed vibes to this busy buzzing neighborhood, you can also find the Terrada What museums nearby which holds different exhibitions from time to time. One of the famous ones is juburi from May to September each year. Shinagawa jinja: 5 mins on foot, one of the ten most famous ones in Tokyo. Meguro river and Kaijou park: where you can see endless sakura in those area, its really nice when its fully blossom. Transportation: 3 mins by local train from Shinbamba station to Shinagawa station where you can easily get connections to any parts of Tokyo or shinkansen to other cities in Japan. You can also take a local bus that the bus stop is right in front of our hotel to oosaki JR station (bus ride around 5 mins), and it connects to JR yamanote line and rinkai line. 15 mins by taxi to Haneda airport (less than 5000yen for regular time) There is a direct train runs around twice an hour from shinagawa statioin all the way to Narita airport for around 80 mins. (only local fare needed) To Yokohama station is around 25 minutes train ride. (transfer at Shinagawa station for rapid trains) To Tokyo station is less than 15 mins train ride. To Disneyland: from ooimachi station/ oosaki station, you take the rinkai line until to shinkiba and then change to JR for maihama station. from ooimachi to shinkiba train ride is 15mins, and from shinkiba to maihama is only 8 mins.
