The ryokan is a 50-minute drive or free shuttle ride from Sapporo. Shin Chitose Airport is a 90-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy seasonal Japanese dinner prepared with fresh ingredients from Hokkaido, which is served in the restaurant, a private dining room or in the guest room depending on the rate type and availability.
