Our head office was established 50 years ago in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, where we have been engaged in the construction and real estate business. From there, we became independent and have now been operating in the real estate rental business for five years. The idea for this venture was inspired by the owner’s homestay experience in Canada during his student years, which left a lasting impression and a dream to one day offer a similar experience himself. Starting with a single room rental, we are now managing four properties. We strive not only to share the charm of our local area but also to ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay. We hope you will use our facilities as your base for travel, business, and exploration.

This house is a tiny house designed by me around the theme of discovering how much space is truly needed for a minimalist lifestyle. It features a loft (bedroom) and a living-dining-kitchen area (LDK). And also this is a detached house, your privacy is completely protected so you won’t be disturbing the neighbors even if you make a little noise. (However, please note that loud noise after 10:00 p.m. is strictly prohibited.) We’ve decorated the space with plenty of Japanese anime figures so that our guests can enjoy the unique experience of staying in such an unusual home. A convenience store is a 5-minute walk away, a drugstore is an 8-minute walk, and a large supermarket is just a 4-minute drive from the property. A large river, the Kiso River, flows nearby, where you can enjoy walking along the riverside. There is also a spacious park along the riverbank.
