Offering an outdoor pool and hot spring baths, jyozankei SHIKAnoYU is nestled among the rich nature in Jozankei. Featuring a historic charm, the hotel comes with free WiFi access at the lobby and an on-site restaurant serving various meals. All rooms come with a seating area, a TV and air conditioning. The private bathroom has a bathtub and free toiletries. The Shikanoyu Hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage/ski storage and a gift shop. The public bathing area features an open-air hot spring bath, a steam sauna and hot tubs. Guests can also enjoy massages or table tennis on site. The hotel is a 50-minute drive from downtown Sapporo, and free pick-up shuttles are available from NHK Sapporo Branch building. Shin Chitose Airport is a 90-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy seasonal Japanese dinner prepared with fresh ingredients from Hokkaido, which is served either at the restaurant, in a private dining room or in the guest room depending on the rate type and availability. The breakfast buffet includes Japanese and Western dishes.

Guests must check in by 19:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please also note that guests without a dinner-inclusive plan cannot eat dinner at the restaurant.

Children’s dinner menu is available upon request. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to the check-in date.

To use the property's free shuttle from NHK Sapporo Branch, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance (subject to availability). The shuttle departs at 15:00.

The shuttle from the property to Sapporo departs at 10:00.

When booking 5 or more rooms, please note that the following conditions apply:

- A non-refundable deposit is obliged 30 days prior to your day of arrival. If you have booked within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be charged after you book.

- Your booking will be cancelled if the deposit cannot be processed.

- Your booking will also be cancelled if the property is unable to contact you prior to your stay.
