Lake Ashi and Owakudani volcanic valley are both a 30-minute drive away, and the Hyatt provides free parking. You can unwind with a reflexology treatment, massage or facial at Spa Izumi & Onsen Hakone, lounge at the library or simply enjoy the sun on the terrace. Open for all meals, The Dining Room serves Western cuisine from an open kitchen and has a terrace with mountain views. Sushi is available in the evenings. Reservations are required for dinner in the dining room. A la carte lunch items and snacks can be found at the cosy Living Room.

To use the hotel's free shuttle to/from Odawara Train Station, please make a reservation in advance (limited seats available). The shuttles are available at the following schedule.

From Odawara Station to hotel: 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15.

From hotel to the station: 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15.

Shuttles depart from the West Exit parking area at the station. Please look for a bus with the hotel's logo.

No reservation is needed to use the shuttle from Gora Station to the hotel. Please call upon arrival at the Gora Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Shuttle buses are available from 10:00-18:30.
