This is our only commercially available property and our own winter home. We love it, but as we reside overseas we can only be in the exciting Rusutsu mountains occasionally. Bedrooms can be configured to your requirements including either 2 king beds and 4 singles or 1 king bed and 6 singles or 8 singles. A fully equipped kitchen with a butlers pantry. BBQ facilities available. Bring your own fuel/charcoal and grill mat please. There is an indoor ski storage room with heated floor and laundry. A comfortable lounge room with mountain and forrest views, and spot light to display the magic of falling snow. Has free wifi, TV, and Apple TV so you can stream any of your viewing interests. State of the art sound system with bluetooth connectivity. Close proximity to skiing, restaurants and shopping.

In winter carve up the famous Hokkaido powder with ski in ski out from your holiday house. The only heliskiing in Japan has its base in Rusutsu. Walk to the new Vale Onsen or drive to the beautifully authentic Japanese Onsen in Makkari 10km away. In warmer months there are many golf courses within walking distance and the Rusutsu amusement park 400 meters away. Mount Yotei famous for hiking is easily accessible. There are many grocery shops, restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance. Rusutsu township is approximately 4 km from the property. A BBQ is provided on site and an easy getaway from the city in summer.
