Our guest house is renovated in July, 2024, and having very good reputation from guests, especially location is very nice and convenient, for example, 30 sec. walk to the lake Yamanaka, 2 min.walk to convenience store, 3 min. walk to rent a bike, 7min. walk to the bus stop, 10 min. walk to a supermarket, within 15min. several restaurants, 20 min. to coin laundry etc. and good view point to see Mt. Fuji 5 min. away.
I have an experience of home staying with a Canadian family, and also stayed at Seoul, Korea to work for 3 years, so English communication will be no problem.
