Reservation may be cancelled in case of a typhoon, or if access to the island is restricted due to bad weather conditions. Cancellation charges will not apply. However, cancellation fees will be charged accordingly in other circumstances, for example if guests are personally concerned of the weather (while transport facilities are still active).
In case evacuation orders are made due to the eminence of a typhoon, guests will be asked to evacuate the property with the property manager.
