Trinite Natural Hot Springs Spa is closed on the first Tuesday of every month.

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed, and charges will apply.

A group policy applies to reservations for more than 15 people. A cancelation or modification within 10 days before arrival is subject to a cancelation charge.

To further enhance customer satisfaction, Hotel Monterey La Soeur Osaka will begin offering a service to all guests using the natural hot spring spa facilities on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024.

The sauna, jacuzzi, and exclusive lounge are available in the spa facilities.

After the natural hot spring spa, alcohol, soft drinks and ice lollies are served free of charge in the dedicated lounge. Alcoholic beverages are subject to certain restrictions.

The property's reception opening hours are:

- 07:00–09:00 (last admission at 08:30)

- 12:00–22:30 (last admission at 22:00)
