My house is a detached house. On the first floor are the dining room, kitchen with hardwood floor, and a full bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms. The Japanese room has a table with solid hinoki cypress table top. On the second floor are 2 rooms, which can be used as bedrooms. Rooms are with either wood flooring or tatami mats and you can spend your time comfortably. The house is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, washer, and daily necessities like cooking tools.

Itoigawa is famous for jade mining and there is a trailhead for a Japan Alps hiking trail. We offer opportunities to go wild vegetable picking in the spring, to take care of koi fishes in the summer and autumn, and to snow-shovel in the winter. You can take a view of the ocean, river and mountains of the Japan Alpines as it's on a hill. It's 10 minutes walking or 1 minute driving to the ocean, 20 minutes driving to the hot spring, and 25 minutes driving to the ski slope. We are operating under the private lodging license approved by Niigata Prefecture.
