About MONDISM LLC
MONDISM LLC is a creative hospitality and lifestyle company based in Aichi, Japan. Founded in the mid-2010s, the company has spent nearly a decade developing unique experiences that blend dining, accommodation, and community building. Its philosophy is captured in the phrase: “Give wings to ideas, deliver impact to society.”
MONDISM currently manages multiple hospitality concepts, including NTV SMOKY GARDEN—a large-scale outdoor BBQ and accommodation facility known as “Japan’s most free BBQ village”—and OSTERIA LUN FUJIMOTO di MON CAFE, a members-only Italian restaurant with live piano performances. These projects are designed not only as places to eat or stay, but as immersive cultural experiences where guests connect with food, nature, and people.
The company specializes in creating spaces that go beyond conventional hospitality. NTV SMOKY GARDEN, for example, combines glamping-style lodging with all-you-can-eat BBQ, private sauna tents, and traditional goemon baths, offering guests both comfort and outdoor adventure. OSTERIA LUN highlights refined dining with an intimate community atmosphere. MONDISM also develops original products, such as custom spice blends, and explores new concepts like cooking classes and urban indoor BBQ facilities.
By managing multiple venues and pursuing continuous innovation, MONDISM has positioned itself as a pioneer in next-generation Japanese hospitality. Its projects have been featured on television and in major media, attracting visitors from across Japan and abroad. Looking ahead, the company aims to expand its facilities and share the vision of “free dining and authentic experiences” on a national and global scale.
MONDISM is committed to crafting environments where ideas take flight, guests create memories, and society feels the impact of joyful, meaningful hospitality.

Easily accessible—30 minutes by car from Nagoya Station, under two hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen, and about one hour from Chubu Centrair International Airport—it is an ideal base for both domestic and international travelers.
Guests can choose between Japanese-style and Western-style rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms including bidet, amenities, slippers, and hairdryers. Western-style rooms, while not equipped with sauna or bath facilities, are pet-friendly, allowing guests to bring their dogs.
A highlight of the property is the optional all-you-can-eat BBQ experience. Guests can enjoy premium meats, fresh vegetables, and house-blend spices in an outdoor garden setting or in an indoor teppan-style BBQ space. The BBQ facilities are also open to day visitors, creating a lively and social atmosphere. Nothing pairs better with a sauna session than delicious food and drinks under the stars.
NTV SMOKY GARDEN is surrounded by world-class attractions: Ghibli Park (5 minutes by car), Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (walking distance), Nagakute Onsen “Gozarasse” with free shuttle service, the Toyota Automobile Museum, Nagoya Castle, and seasonal destinations like Korankei Gorge.
Please note that as an outdoor-oriented facility, the environment is more affected by weather and seasonal changes than city hotels. Summer heat, winter cold, insects, and the lively atmosphere of shared BBQ spaces are part of the experience.
For travelers seeking to combine Japanese culture, outdoor adventure, and warm hospitality, NTV SMOKY GARDEN offers not just accommodation—but a memorable journey.
