“先ずはディナー、那須高原なのに、鯵、クエ、オマール海老、ムール貝、等の海の幸の素材を使ったお料理が感激だった。デザートで出てきたアイスやミルフィーユまで、シェフの心意気を感じた。villaも解放感に溢れ、使い勝手が良かった。水庭を朝と夕方に散歩したが、水面に映る青空と風でざわめく木々に、癒された。”
