■The house can accommodate up to 10 people. ■No meals are included.There is no supermarket within walking distance. "A Co-op" 15 minutes by car. "Life" and "Okuwa" 20 minutes by car. The courtyard, playground, school building (ground floor only), and restrooms are shared spaces. The playground is also rented out as a camp site.SoThere may be campers present. In that case, campers have priority. ＜Guesthouse＞ ■1F: Kitchen, living room/bedroom, washroom ■2F: Bedroom (1 semi-double bed) *The living room on the first floor can be locked from the inside. *The stairs to the second floor are a little steep. *Goemon bath and toilet are in a separate building (you have to go outside once, so please refrain from doing so if you are worried in the middle of the night or in winter). *Bedding is a futon and one bed. ＜Other things to note＞ ■Please bring your own pajamas and toothbrush. ■When you boil the bath, there is a possibility that you may smell smoke or get dirty, so please wear clothes that take these factors into consideration. ■The Shimoichi Onsen Akitsu-so, located 10 minutes away by car, is closed on Mondays and open until 19:00. ■A blaring time siren will sound from a speaker in the playground at 12:00 noon and 17:00 in the evening. Also, for some reason, a chime rings around 9:00 p.m. in the evening. If you are sensitive to sound, please refrain from coming. ■If you are not sure about heating the bath with firewood, we can help you. <The Nyu Kawakami Shrine Shimo-sha> The Nyu Kawakami Shrine Shimo-sha is a 10-minute drive from the guesthouse. There are two horses that are considered gods: a white horse that is said to bring rain, and a black horse that is said to stop the rain. <Hirohashi-bairin> A Japanese plum(Ume) grove spreading around the guesthouse, colorful plum blossoms can be seen from early to mid-March. There are various walking courses for you to enjoy while trekking. <Yoshinoyama> "Yoshinoyama" is one of the best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan. The season of autumn leaves is also recommended!It is also recommended for those who wish to trek up the mountain. <Tenkawa Shrine> "Tenkawa Shrine" is 30 minutes drive from the guesthouse. It is famous as a god of arts.
