Directly connected to JR Mito Train Station, Hotel Terrace offers an Italian restaurant, a public bath and a sauna. The modern rooms come with an LCD TV and free WiFi access. Kairakuen, considered one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan, is a 15-minute bus ride away from North exit of Mito Station or a 10-minute taxi drive away. An Italian restaurant Trattoria Il Bancale serves dishes featuring fresh local ingredients. Decorated with stark contrasts and soft lights, the air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito have slippers and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All rooms feature a Simmons mattress for guest's convenience. The hotel is 2.6 km from Mito Kairaku-en Garden and 3 km to Lake Semba. On-site parking is available for an additional fee. Luggage storage and safety deposit are on offer at the 24-hour front desk. Il Bancale opens for lunch and dinner.
