“予約を取った際ホテル側に「目に障害があるのでエレベーター任天堂近い部屋だと助かります」と希望を出しておいたところ「なるべく要望に添えるようにする」との返答をいただきました。当日チェックインすると、エレベーターのすぐ前のお部屋を用意してくださっていました。数カ月前の予約だったので都合もつけやすかったのかもしれませんが、とても助かりました。”

“横浜スタジアムでのライブ後に、利用させて頂きました。スタジアムから15分位でしたし、近くにはスーパー、コンビニ、飲み屋街があり、ライブ後の打ち上げには困らないです。ホテルの部屋の広さは11㎡でしたが、狭さは感じませんでした。但し、ベッドは長さが180cm位なので、背が高い人は足がはみ出るかも。タオル以外のアメニティは、1階のフロント前にあります。フロントの方も感じのいい方で、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。”
