We have prepared a multilingual Tokyo travel guide for you .
We would love for you to share your travel stories with us — they will become cherished memories along the way.
Hello,I’m Maggie, nice to meet you here!
After traveling around the world, I chose to settle down in Tokyo — a city whose past and present continue to bring me countless surprises and heartfelt moments.
Together with my two partners, Rui and Yuan, we currently operate several guesthouses in Asakusa, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and Shibuya. This place is our very first ‘child,’ and we take care of it with love and dedication, all to bring you a truly wonderful stay:)
i also hope you can share with me something about yourself, about your city, and the things you love there:)
I have lived here for almost ten years. The location is not only convenient for transportation, but also makes it easy to travel to central Tokyo, or head south to Kawasaki, Yokohama, and Kamakura for a day trip. In addition, Kamata has a strong local atmosphere where you can experience the everyday life of local people, as well as enjoy late-night snacks on the food streets.
When visiting Ota Ward, you must try a public bath (sento). Ōta Ward is famous for its local sento (public bathhouses). Many even use natural ‘black water’ hot springs, unique to this area — a perfect way to relax like a local after a day in Tokyo.
The nearest sento from the house is called ‘Kusatsu-yu,’ located at 2 Chome-7-21 Higashiyaguchi, Ota City, Tokyo 146-0094. It is a 14-minute walk away.
or you can also search on Google Maps for nearby sento and choose one that you like.”
Usually, you only need to bring a towel. Towels can also be rented at the bathhouse, and toiletries are generally provided on-site
We highly recommend a wonderful way to experience authentic local bathing culture!
