Property information

Beautifully renovated modern one-story villa just 100 meters (1-minute walk) from Yumigahama Beach. While the beach is only a short stroll away, the villa itself offers peaceful river harbor views, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for families or small groups of up to 10 guests, the villa provides 116 square meters of comfortable living space, including 3 bedrooms and a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances such as a Miele dishwasher, a large oven range, a new IH cooking heater, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator—everything you need for a relaxing stay. Step outside to a large deck with a Weber Genesis gas BBQ and outdoor dining area(BBQ facility use time - till 9PM), along with a stylish large gazebo that allows you to enjoy BBQs or meals even on rainy days. Inside, unwind in a Japanese onsen-style bath with two showers and a deep soaking bathtub. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube on a 65-inch smart TV (Netflix subscriptions included). Free parking is available on the premises for up to two large cars. The villa is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a sparkling, comfortable environment. The host is responsive and will answer your questions within one to two hours between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm daily. Neighbourhood information

There are several restaurants within a 5-10 mins walk from my place, onsen, beach is just in front. Very calm and nice residential area.
