The Cats do not constantly live in the house - you will rarely see more than one inside, as they love to make use of our garden and 3 of 4 prefer to sleep outside. Still, this House is only suitable for people without allergies or Pet Phobia. ++++++++++ All are regularly dewormed and vaccinated. They love to meet new cat lovers that spoil them with some attention. :)

This House is managed by Diani Vital Tours LTD, a well known local company, specialized in unique, high quality Holiday Home Maintenance and personal Travel Advise and Guest Support. When you arrive and before you go, the English and German speaking Manager will welcome you. She can answer any additional questions. During your stay, the housekeeper and the gardener come in the morning to clean the pool, garden and your apartment. At all times, our Online Receptionist will be available to answer all your questions regarding restaurants, safaris, general travel tips. She can assist you with reservations, taxi transfers and much more expertise to make sure you have a splendid Holiday Experience. At night, a guard will keep watch at the gate. To guarantee safety even more, all the houses are alarmed and the whole compounded is fenced.

This Studio House is designed as an open-living space, only the bath room (with a spacious shower) is divided by a door. In the kitchen you will find a 2 meter tall fridge with freezer compartment, a brand-new Gas Cooker with an Electric Oven, a Microwave, a Toaster, French Press, an Electric Kettle and much more. For your extended stay, you can make perfect use of the pantry and plenty of other stowage space. The hallway features a huge wardrobe, the cat feeding place and an Inverter System (Power Backup), that ensures that you have electricity even during a power interruption. It is enough to operate a few light bulbs, charge you phone and laptop and keep the TV running. It is not sufficient to power the Air Condition or Fan. The bed room comes with a King Size Bed (2 x 2m), a ceiling fan, another small fan at the side and an Air Conditioning Unit. Furthermore, a Smart TV (Samsung, 32'') with the possibility to access Netflix, YouTube etc. is there. From the bed room you can enter your private, shady terrace. It comes with a large dining table, a swing bed and a sofa. Wi-Fi, Daily Room Cleaning Service, Towels, Bedsheets, Cooking Gas etc. are included in the rental rate.
