It has an interesting exhibition and a beautiful view of Lake Issyk-Kul. The Holy Trinity Cathedral — an old Orthodox church with rich history and beautiful wooden architecture. The detailed wood carvings are especially impressive. The Dungan Mosque, built without a single nail, is a true architectural wonder that shows the cultural diversity of the city. And if you’d like to try the local food, don’t miss ash-lyamfu — a cold dish with noodles, vegetables, and a spicy sauce, perfect for a hot day. It’s one of the most famous tastes of Karakol!
