Welcome to our cozy guest house, located on the shore of a clear, transparent lake, just 300 meters from the water, which is a 5-7 minute walk. Our house is the perfect place to relax, combining comfort and natural beauty. In our guest house, you will find comfortable rooms with new, cozy mattresses that ensure a restful and healthy sleep. All rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities for your comfort. We have two balconies: one with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the other with a beautiful view of the lake. Here, you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets and sunrises. Upon request, we offer homemade fresh food, prepared individually from natural products. All food is made from eco-friendly products from our garden. We also host master classes on preparing national dishes: manty, boorsok, and pilaf. Our guest house provides free Wi-Fi and free parking for the convenience of our guests.
We are delighted to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. always ready to assist with any issues that may arise and to share our culture and traditions with you. Maksat house is located in a picturesque area with numerous attractions. The beach is wild, with soft sand, perfect for secluded relaxation. Nearby is the village “Skazka and Canyon,” which can be reached on foot with a 4-5 km walk. For history enthusiasts, we offer excursions to “Tamga-Tash” and the “Barskoon Waterfall.” Upon your request, we can provide a car or local taxi to help you enjoy the stunning landscapes. We also arrange transportation to any destination upon your request. Additionally, the surrounding area offers hiking and horse riding tours in the mountains, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the local nature and enjoy its beauty. Additional Amenities: Our guest house provides free Wi-Fi, as well as free parking for your car
