In the hotel industry, I held several positions, such as hotel general manager, group general manager, executive management, and chief executive officer. While holding these posts, I learned and participated in driving competitive business models, excellent service quality, and outstanding operations, which gave me a great leadership and business reputation. I was able to drive revenue and control profit and loss. However, I was also in charge of business development, strategy, and business growth. Since the end of 2017, I have successfully formed the individual occupational as in-touch personal homestay and countryside activities, with the goal of providing travelers for the Siem Reap destination with a full experience of local and countryside atmosphere.

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to Community Homestay Chansor, which offers a personal service and local family style in an atmosphere of Cambodian living home life. The Chansor Community Homes will provide you with a chance to discover the realities of Cambodian real life in a rural village. The location is ideal to show you the activities that the people in the countryside do. A warm greeting upon arrival in Siem Reap will be a benefit to our guests, so please post your updated arrival information, and I will be your first point of contact on sport. We do hope our homestay and family will be the places that make your Cambodia destination a wonderful experience.
