"The Urban" is located in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from the Old Market and Pub Street and a 15-minute drive from Angkor Wat and Siem Reap Airport. Tonle Sap Lake is a 20-minute drive away.
"The Urban" features a tour desk and a 24-hour reception. Massage and laundry services are provided. Tuk-tuk (trishaw) services are also available at an extra charge. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
