All rates include complimentary access to the sauna, Korean sauna and fitness centre for two guests per day. To use these facilities, please pick up the free-use voucher at the front desk.

The free spa ticket may not be available depending on the situation. (Sauna holidays: the fourth Thursday of every month, Lunar New Year, Chuseok, etc.) Also, according to government guidelines, use may be restricted due to COVID-19.

Please request in advance for large vehicles as large vehicles cannot be entered into the parking tower.

A surcharge of KRW 30,000 per adult person and KRW 15,000 per infant and child applies from February 1, 2025, for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking.

A surcharge of KRW 30,000 per 12 years old - older, and KRW 20,000 per 24 months - 12 years old applies from January 1, 2026, for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking.

Due to summer maintenance work at Haesoo Land, the sauna service will be unavailable during the above period.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform 라메르 호텔 & 해수 부산 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of KRW 100,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
