Nestled in a secluded area of natural beauty, the property offers three floors of living space, with two studio suites on the top level and a ground floor 2-bedroom apartment available for rent. Each self-contained unit is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a distinctive experience.
Hello, I'm Calixte. I returned to St. Lucia after spending years in the UK to invest in a vacation rental property that includes a small-scale spa. I was inspired by my property's unique location in one of the most attractive parts of St. Lucia, within the UNESCO World Heritage environment, and the growing global demand in wellness tourism. Drawing on my local construction expertise and extensive holiday accommodation experience I intend to build a secluded, comfortable gateaway with the necessary amenities for relaxation and rejuvenation. My aim is to provide a unique and affordable alternative to local hotels and resorts.
The neighbourhood is naturally secluded and serves as a tranquil relaxing escape. A short distance away are a number of local attractions such as the Pitons, the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens, the Sulphur Springs, Tete Paul, as well as a number of major hotels with restaurants and bars should guests decide to eat out. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute drive away. For getting around during your stay, we highly suggest renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle, which is the most appropriate choice for navigating both the area and the slightly challenging final two-minute drive to the property. Public transport isn't available in the area. If driving isn't your preference, we can recommend reliable taxi drivers who offer package deals.

We strongly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle, ideal for navigating the area and the challenging last two-minute drive to the property, as public transport isn't available.

As part of our in-room entertainment offerings, we offer complimentary access to a wide range of premium TV channels from around the world, covering sports, entertainment, news, VOD, films, TV series, and more. Additionally, guests can enjoy You Tube and use the internet browser. However, please note that streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video are accessible to guests who have registered accounts.

Before checking out, it is important to ensure that you log out of all applications on the smart TV. We cannot be held responsible for any usage of streaming services or accounts by subsequent guests if they have been left logged in.

We offer guests a free wash and dry laundry service, limited to one full load per week.

When early check-in or late checkout cannot be arranged, guests may be provided with the option of luggage storage.

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, but is permitted on balconies, terraces, or outside areas as long as guests use ashtrays. All cigarette butts must be deposited in the ashtrays provided.

The property is under private ownership and the owners do not assume any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises or its facilities. Moreover, the homeowners are not liable for any loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to their guests. When making a reservation, all guests are acknowledging and accepting the risk of any harm that may result from using the property or inviting others to visit it.

We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance.

Nutmeg Apartment only: Guests will be given complimentary disposable bedroom slippers at check-in, which must be worn at all times while inside the apartment to prevent damage to the wooden flooring. Wearing hard shoes is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
