I am a middle aged professional and business owner. Family oriented individual (Married). I can provide guidance and tours in relation to places of interest and tourist activities available on the island.

Property information

Two bedroom apartment with a quiet and relaxing feel. Internet and cable services provided. A 40'' flat screen smart TV is provided for viewing in the living room area. in addition, a 32' flat screen television is provided in one bedroom for relaxation. Full kitchen available to allow guest the opportunity to have home cooked meals. Washing machine available, ironing board and iron to ensure guest feel at home and comfortable, AC unit is also provided. The living room is very cozy with a sofa to offer guests full relaxation during their stay and guests can also relax outside to enjoy the cool fresh breeze and nature. A spiral staircase leads to a smaller living room area upstairs and balcony for extended privacy, tranquility and relaxation.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located in a high-end neighbourhood which is very quiet, peaceful and tranquil. Five minutes walking distance from two shopping malls and beaches also in close proximity. Property is located in a popular tourist area (Rodney Heights) and in addition to shopping malls and beaches, entertainment clubs, churches, health care services, fire station, and police station are all located in the Gros-Islet area/close proximity. The location is ideal for any tourists as it is located in close proximity to numerous tourist entertainment areas such as malls, clubs, beaches and historical site (Pigeon Island/Point).
