Our property was built in colonial style, we are located in a cool and ventilated place, for this reason we do not need air conditioning systems. our philosophy is that of a completely relaxing stay in the midst of nature. You will not find televisions in the structure to fully enjoy your stay in full nature. HI! We are like a family. The manager of the property, she will follow you from the moment of booking onwards, giving you the opportunity to discover the island, organize a transfer to the airport or a boat trip. Nadia is our housekeeper, she loves to help you, loves to talk to you and will do your laundry during your stay. Gavin is our handyman and will be at the house 3 times a week. Ask him if you want to rent one of our cars, change a light bulb, fix something etc. Alessandro is the captain of Yota, our sailing boat moored by the Marina, you and your friends can enjoy an unforgettable day (with spaghetti lunch! ). I follow you from the moment of your booking. I write you some emails to get to know you (where you are from, how many people are you, if you need a transfer from the airport, rent a car, a baby bed). We love our job and do our best for our holidays!

The cottage is a wooden house built in tropical style, surrounded by a well-kept garden. The house consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, equipped with cooling fans and mosquito nets, a bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen and two verandas with dining and relaxation areas. From the largest veranda you can enjoy the incredible view of Rodney Bay in the relaxation area with a very comfortable hammock. In the common areas you can enjoy: barbecue area in the tropical garden and a beautiful 360° panoramic terrace with deck chairs, aperitif corner at sunset overlooking Rodney Bay Marina, the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. ​ Wi-Fi, cleaning service, laundry service and parking are included We also offer jeep rental and sailing tours of the island!

At the Italian Guesthouse you can relax admiring the beautiful sunset on the Caribbean Sea enjoying the charming tropical garden. The main street with: bus stop and taxi stop, bars, restaurants, gas station, food market , boat marinas , scuba diving docks and all the facilities are only 1 mile (1,5 km) far away from the guesthouse. The property is just 2 km from Gros Islet Beaches and Cas en Bas Kite and surfing area, and 4 km away from Pigeon Island National Park. Cricket International Stadium and Golf Club are a 3-minute drive away. The road joining the property to the Gros Islet junction and the street Party Village was completely paved in May 2017 by the gouvernement. This distance can be covered in 15 minutes by foot.
