This offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and WiFi. Comfortable stay with easy access to airport, 400m to Kottawa Makumbura Entrance/ Exit of Highway. House consists of 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 attached bathroom, and 2 private bathrooms. Large flat-screen TV, washing & and ironing facilities available. Enjoy, relax, and stay back in this calm, stylish space. This home is situated in a calm, quiet, and picturesque location in a green environment. Ideal for professionals travelling for work or to spend a romantic holiday with your partner. Our mission is to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable, and stylish home away from their own stay. A spacious roof top balcony over looking garden is also available. Separate room & toilet facilities are available for drivers for free of charge basis. Baby crib available for free use. No heavy cooking is allowed, and the facility for simple frying is available. Sri Lankan and Limited Western breakfast menus could be arranged in-house on the request of guests.
Presently, I am enjoying my retirement life with my beloved wife. I retired as a Rear Admiral rank officer of the Sri Lanka Navy recently on completion of 33+ years of unblemished service. Both myself & wife are qualified in Masters and Bachelors Degree programs. My two sons presently studying at the University of Calgary and University of Dalhousie respectively in Canada and are expected to complete their Degree programs in few months. Playing Golf, Tennis and Cricket are my favorites. I and my beloved wife, Hiranthi available at the venue for any help and are keen to interact with guests and get to know different people from all around the world and share their different cultural values and experience.
Venue is an affordable, newly built place conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Surrounded by restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Domino's Pizza), shops, hospitals, and spas; convenience becomes something you take for granted when staying at this home. You can always order food from your favourite restaurant and enjoy it in the comfort of our dining area. Taxi service at your doorstep to get you on the road quickly & easily. Makumbura Multimodal Transport Center (MMC) is located 300m from the venue for public transport and has easy access to different important locations, such as Galle, Kandy, Mirissa, Mount Lavinia, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, etc. in the country. Airport pickup & drop off and city tours could be arranged on request and Airport Bus Service available at MMC.
