The whole house is for you and your travel buddies. Just to meditate....A small cottage situated on a mountain slope is with 2 bedrooms(1 with a magnificent view), living room, glass living room, 2 balconies (1 open air) and a well-equipped kitchenette. All except for one bedroom are with a view of the vast valleys and the distant mountains. Also a place where one can witness Eagles flying in the mornings, at eye level. The weather changes from a little warm to a cool temperature during the day and from a sunny windy hour to a rain without any warnings. Nights are chilly to an average of 17 degrees Celsius.

Hi, I am a mother of 3 kids, and a wife to a traveling husband. An ardent traveler who loves to read, travel with the family, adores the natural beauty, mountains and the long walks in tranquil village dwellings. Therefore, I would love to share my passion by giving you the opportunity to experience the same as I do….in remote areas such as my small cottage here in Sri Lanka, up in the mountains.

The location is in an extremely peaceful environment with green surroundings and awesome villagers who are not exposed to any commercial tourism. Also, their cooking is made to a palette that can only be cherished once consumed. The house is rustic and best to be reading, painting, gazing or simply sleep the whole day or laze away with a hot cup of tea or cocoa and a nice movie. One could also hike to a secluded lake (3km) for a dip in icy cold waters at an elevation of 3000ft or drive to the first tea plantation in Sri Lanka (the Loolecondera tea estate) or to the ancient city of Kandy (15km) or to the constantly misty village of Mandaramnuwara (50km) and the tea capital of Sri Lanka “Nuwara Eliya” on a beautiful ancient Cart road via the town of Deltota....Or, one could also simply…do nothing!
