Please note that by making a reservation, you would be entering a wildlife area and staying in an unfenced property. The stay/tours conducted might take or bring you into contact or vicinity of wild animals (including snakes, spiders, wild boar, elephants etc.). Back of Beyond staff members, associates and/or agents cannot be held liable for any encounters involving the behavior of wild animals.

The stay and entry into the wildlife area and Back of Beyond is at your own risk and responsibility. Please note that driver's accommodation is available for USD 10 per night.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged from the credit card (Visa or Mastercard) within 14 days of arrival. Please note that a 3% fee will be charged on all credit card payments. The balance has to be settled at the lodge in cash (USD, Euro or Sri Lankan Rupees), as the property does not accept card payments, or we shall collect the balance payment from your card on your arrival or 7 days before your arrival date from the head office.
