Hotel Coconut Beach has been built in 2016 on the Kalapuwa island of the Kalutara area. We have 7 beatiful rooms, all with a beachside balcony. We have been working together with the "Kalapuwa Foundation" on non-profit projects in the greater Kalutara region. We support school children, local entrepreneurs and the poorest of the city.
My name is UKD Nilantha. I am here to give you the greatest holiday you have ever had. Me and my staff invite you to enjoy the greatest Sri Lanka has to offer. My passion is also in massages and organizing tours, so if you are looking for an adventure after or during your stay at our hotel feel free to ask me for tour ideas. Also feel free to ask for a nice massage or treatment after you come here from a long flight. If there is anything else we can provide or if you have any questions we will do our best to accomodate you to the best of our abilities.
We are located on the Kalapuwa island of Kalutara. The region of Kalapuwa has been hit heavily by the tsunami in 2004. There are still early remains to be found around the area, but mostly it is now a calm, comfortable and serene neighbourhood. We are located right on our own private beach. There are many things to see and do in our neighbourhood. You can visit Temples and Churches, the local castle, a local Turtle Sanctuary or take a stroll around the local market where people make handycrafts and sell local art. We can also bring you on a nice boat safari or show you the local waterfalls.
