We’re a Sinhalese family business that has been operating since the early 2000s. The guest inn was officially established online in this website after being introduced to the opportunity by a tourist who helped set up the business. The guest inn was originally operated by an old couple. In 2023, after the passing of one of them, the old lady now takes care of the business with her youngest son and his family. While it might not be possible to give the same experience as when the lady was much younger, we do our best to make your stay the most comfortable.

The property sits in the quieter side of the Ella town but still close enough to just walk to the town. There’s a nice mountain view from the garden. Plenty of space to explore around the property. There’s small unique things in the property like the chairs that move back and forth for relaxing, the small patio that you can sit and people watch or take a nap in, the balcony where you can take a smoke break or read and relax, and etcetera. We have had many fun experiences while hosting guests. Some have requested to try on Sri Lankan traditional clothing like sarees and male casual clothes. We have had informal cooking classes.

The neighbourhood consists of many entertainment and other things for everyone. The Ella town has developed to be very popular with tourists which had made the town include lots of accommodation for tourists. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, transportation, a variety of stores, clubs, and etc. All within a 10-20 mins walk from our property.
