A beautifully decorated apartment which makes you feel at home the moment you walk through the door.
A fully equipped functional italian kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, 60cm oven.
A large outdoor patio, with a dining table for 6, with a magnificent view of the beach to relax and sip a glass of wine in the evening.
This penthouse is equipped with everything you need, to make it your home, away from home. From a dishwasher to a clothes dryer, and champagne glasses to crab pincers, including your own private sun deck and jacuzzi on the rooftop, with fantastic view of ocean vistas from your own private balcony, and the wide open beach of 𝙉𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞 as your front yard, which would make this property your number one choice for your idyllic beach holiday.
Unbeatable in my opinion .
This is a privately owned, and a privately managed property, by a husband and wife combination of Elaine and Rory. Elaine being British and me being srilankan, this merging of two different cultures and nationalities is reflected in the well appointed penthouse, giving you all the modern amenities and the luxuries of the western world along with the the laid back serenity and calmness of a sleepy fishing village in the Asian culture.
Having widely traveled the world, and stayed in many an apartment and hotel due to our respective professions, me an airline pilot and Elaine a professional in the garment industry, both now retired, we know exactly what the traveller is looking for.
Hosting also gives us the opportunity to meet many a traveller from varied nationalities and cultures, which we do miss, since we retired.
The unspoiled uniqueness of the Eastern coast of Srilanka, with wide open beaches and calm waters. The serenity and the peace of a sleepy fishing village giving you a taste of a simple, laidback lifestyle. Pigeon Island famous for its snorkelling and diving is only a 20 minute boat ride . The ancient town of TRINCOMALEE is 14 km away which is famous for its natural harbour, its Fort and also includes an army war museum. Also for its tourist sites of Koneshwaran temple and Fort Federick.
The natural hot wells of Kanniya is about 12 km away.
