We offer you the experience of Sri Lankan hospitality, a family stay with the privacy of your own room away from our house, at the banks of a beautiful natural river. We organize tours and safaris from our place with our own vehicules to Yala National Park, Bundala Bird Sanctuary and further around Sri Lanka. Established in 2010, River Side Cabana is an eco-conscious guest house, located in Debarawewa; a charming and developing town near Tissamaharama which is 20 kms from Hambantota.This yet to be discovered hideout lies away from mass tourism but with an ideal central position to explore the wild southern part of Sri Lanka, a renowned place for safari.

Debarawewa has a fabulous expansive grassland, bordering Yala National Park (25kms); where you can see the highest density of leopards in the world. Another highlight of the area is Bundala Bird Sanctuary (25kms); a paradise for bird watching. Some of the holiest ancient Hindu and Buddhist spiritual places in the country will complete your trip in our area
