Surveyors’ Residence is a newly renovated bungalow of a former licensed surveyor and his family, located in the suburbs of Kandy. The family lived in this property from 1983. The bungalow was converted to a fully serviced private holiday bungalow / villa in 2018 as "Surveyors’ Residence" with 5 air-conditioned rooms, pool, and other amenities. This property is surrounded by lush greenery, offers a pleasing homely feeling, along with an unforgettable experience of diverse food choices and tailored service offerings. Our personal chef who caters to your culinary needs is skilled in cooking, diverse Sri Lankan & western cuisine including, soups, salads, Sri Lankan & western main meals. We provide meals for the guest from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm as per your choice including picnic packs for excursions. We don’t offer self cooking option for safety of our guests and service of our chef is provided free of charge. On availability, we provide home-grown fresh fruits & vegetables to make your meal satisfying. We have an a la carte menu with Sri Lanka, Indian and Western options including a kids menu . Meals can be pre-ordered from the a la carte menu for your convenience at a reasonable price. Further, we offer facilities for pre-arranged BBQ dinners at the pool side lawn. We provide kids meals around the clock on your request at a reasonable price. Hot water or a kettle can be provided for you to prepare meals for kids free of charge. Housekeeping services are available from 9.00 – 18.00 Hrs for your convenience. We have a private, child friendly pool in the bungalow, with a Kid’s pool, child friendly pool. Gates are available around the pool deck for the safety of your kids. For entertainment, TV lounge is available with selected local & international channels. We provide board/card games, extra activities for kids absolutely free. Bungalow with a scenic view, has ample space for children to run-around, discover plants such as coffee, cocoa and herbs.

(Some are seasonal crops and may not be available) Kanchana, a RYT 200 accredited yoga trainer will conduct “Mind Body and Soul” yoga sessions as pre-arranged sessions.
