Chalet - numãlis - is architecturally thought through, designed and furnished unique tiny house with concrete construction and thatched roofs that is cozy and warm in winter and naturally cool in summer - you can stay here all year round. Chalet has a dining room, lounge and work space - 20 sq.m., bathroom - 6 sq.m., wooden outdoor terrace - 15 sq.m.. There is a separate 8 sq.m. sleeping area with a queen size bed on the mezzanine. Chalet is operational, warm and cozy all around the year. It has a fully equipped kitchen, heated floor, a wood-burning stove, a bathtub by the huge window with a shower, a comfortable double bed in a mezzanine sleeping area, an ergonomic and inspiring work space nearby a huge frameless window. The house has 15 sq.m. terrace and 13 hectares of unlimited nature on a private land.

Sauseriai. Inspired by nature – this is our life project, our home, which we have been creating and are still creating since our first encounter with this space in the white winter of 2013. We searched far, but found it close – natural nature with its simple uniqueness, perfections and unevenness, streams, hornbeams and oaks, flowering meadows, city and seaside life further away, and the silence and tranquility of a farmstead around. We wanted a long-lasting functional quality and architectural boutique hotel-level experience in a Lithuanian village, with home comforts but surrounded by nature, a deeper idea/thought and minimalism. Since we didn’t find it – we created it ourselves. We invite you to our home, to our yard – to experience and be inspired by nature.

This is an architecturally modern interpretation of a traditional Lithuanian homestead, located in a very picturesque location of the Salantai Regional Park, next to the Minija river slopes, on the Sauseriai forthill, surrounded by Natura2000 forests and cultivated blooming meadows.
