The opportunity to live in the Historical Center, park your car in the yard, enjoy the silence and see a quiet green courtyard from the windows. 🟢MORNING COFFEE with fresh pastries a hundred meters from the house (cafe on Gertrudes Street). 🟢20 minutes walk to the OLD TOWN. And there - the Dome Cathedral, the House of the Blackheads, St. Peter's Church, the Powder Tower, the House with the Black Cat. 🟢WALKING. In the Historical Center, every street is worth a walk - Terbatas, Gertrudes, Elizabetes, Dzirnavu. 🟢RAILWAY STATION AND TRIPS IN LATVIA. If you want to see Sigulda, Jurmala or Kuldiga, then the railway and bus stations are at your service, 20 minutes on foot. 🟢CENTRAL MARKET. This is one of the oldest markets in Europe. Just imagine, a hundred years ago these were hangars for airships, which were specially transported to Riga. Try herring and fresh sandwiches at Siļķi'tes un Dillītes. 🟢WONDERFUL EVENING. Your choice: organ concert in the Dome Cathedral, beer bar Ala Pagrabs (cool atmosphere and real Latvian cuisine), perhaps a concert in Xiaomi Arena (if you bought tickets in advance).
