Nyx & Iris is named after two Greek goddesses. Nyx is the goddess of night, often pictured driving accross the sky in a carriage drawn by four black horses. Iris is the personification of the rainbow. Similarly, Nyx & Iris is led by two sisters, both sweet and fun and, at the same time, a little gothic. In addition to rooms, we offer exciting horse rides. We started offering our rooms June 2019 and we want to thank you in advance for supporting our small, local family business.

The house was built at the beginning of the 19th century and features high ceilings, ornate fireplaces and cockle stoves, balconies and a terrace with columns. It is situated in a quiet location with the beautiful Zasa Manor Park to the North, on-site stables to the East, a large grazing field to the South and the lake to the West, perfect for a good night's sleep, a refreshing swim in the morning followed by an exciting horseback ride. The rooms are recently renovated in Nyx & Iris unique style, they are welcoming, clean and comfy.

Zasa is a small village but there is much to see and experience here. See the Zasa Lutheran Church, a historic architectural monument built in 1750. Visit the Mill of Zasa; established in 1887, it has survived three fires to welcome you today. And, of course, walk or ride through Zasa Manor Park! Crafts centre "Rūme" offers clay, cloth or wood arts workshops which is an excellent option for an artistic getaway.
