Holiday house with a private patio located in the center of Sigulda. Guesthouse is in a walking distance from the most popular places in Sigulda. In the house you will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
If you will need any help, we will try our best to help you. We will share our knowledge of the local culture and sightseeing opportunities in Sigulda. If it's necessary we will help you to book any activities.
Sigulda is on a picturesque stretch of the primeval Gauja river valley. Because of the reddish Devonian sandstone which forms steep rocks and caves on both banks of the river, Sigulda has been called the "Switzerland of Vidzeme". The city's surroundings are part of the Gauja National Park, its administration is located in Sigulda. The most important tourist attractions are Gutmani Cave, where inscriptions have been preserved even from the 17th century, Turaida Castle, Devil's cave, the ruins of the medieval castle and the New Castle and many others. Opera festivals are held in the city, Sigulda's bobsleigh and luge track are located here, world cup luge events and various other winter sports events are held regularly, which make Sigulda the main winter sports center of Latvia.
