Villa Neubad is a new sea-side resort in Saulkrasti on the Baltic coast, only 2 min’s walk from the beach and 50 min’s drive from Riga. The Villa has gone through a complete renovation and refurbishment and turned into high quality sea-side apartments. The building is a 3-story building on 647 m2. On the first-floor apartment, we offer 3 exclusive guest rooms with private bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and direct access to our beautiful garden on 1000 m2. On the second-floor apartment, we offer 5 exclusive rooms with private bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and direct access to a huge furnished private terrace on 60 m2 facing south. When renting an apartment at Villa Neubad you automatically gain free access to our spacious gardens with barbecue facilities, sunny terraces and much more. During evening-hours you can visit our cozy bar with billiards. Villa Neubad is specially designed for long term stays for couples, families and groups during the summer. 2017 is the official opening year and we welcome all guests to enjoy our beautiful villa and the sandy Baltic beaches in the gulf of Riga.

Villa Neubad is owned by a European couple who took over the building in 2015. The whole building has been completely renovated, refurbished and modernized but in accordance to the original architectural concept. Our goal was to create a villa offering clients top modern facilities but in a classic environment. We are indeed inspired by Scandinavian and German beach hotel style and Italo-Franco elegance, but are no great fans of floor to floor carpets and pure white furniture or over decoration. We sought a contrast and to keep the Latvian tradition of using raw wood materials and coloring and maintain the original Baltic-German manor house style. Besides running Villa Neubad we run a travel agency offering destinations all over Europe and love travelling ourselves.

Saulkrasti is a popular summer holiday resort on the Baltic coast. Saulkrasti Beach is a 17 km long natural beauty where you can witness the rich diversity from the singing sand in Lilaste to the stony shore of Zvejniekciems surrounded by beautiful old pine forests. You will find all necessary shopping and dining facilities in the area including 4 supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The nearest café and dining place is only 150 meters from Villa Neubad.
